With Velo-Hire you are not just hiring a bike, all our Adult bikes come with Safety Helmet, Security Lock, Pump, Spare Inner Tube and a Puncture Repair Kit. Children’s Bikes are supplied with a Safety Helmet and the option of a Spare Inner Tube.
We are based in Carlton / Saxmundham and you can pick your Hire Bike up from us or we can deliver direct to your holiday location.
Our Multi-Route Bikes Offer the best of both cycling worlds as road and off road can be ridden with ease. We also have Adult & Children’s Mountain Bikes and eBikes.
Because we are associated with SaxVelo you can be assured that all our Bicycles are fully serviced and maintained by qualified engineers to an extremely high standard.

Adult Bike (Multi-Route & Mountain Bikes)

- 2 Days = £35
- 3 Days = £47
- 4 Days = £57

- 7 Days = £75 (under £11/day)
Childrens Bike when hired with an Adults
- 24″ Wheel Bike = £8 per Day
- 20″ Wheel Bike = £5 per Day
eBike
- 1 Day = £40
- 2 Days = £75
- 3 Days = £105
- 4 Days = £130
- 5 Days = £150
- 6 Days = £165
- 7 Days = £175 (£25/day)
Delivery
Delivery & Collection is available at £10 for up to 4 bikes within a 10 mile radius of Saxmundham at pre-arranged times.
Or you can Pick-up and Drop-off in Saxmundham / Carlton at pre-arranged times.
Booking & Payment
Its always best to book early to ensure we can meet your requirements.
Payments can be made in advance using Bank Transfer or on the day using Card or Cash. For bookings of more than 2 bikes a 50% non refundable deposit by Bank Transfer will be required at busy times (April – September) to reserve your bikes.
Proof of ID (Preferably Photo ID – Driving Licence) & a signed Hire Agreement Form will be required when your bikes are delivered or you pick them up unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.
For cash payments there is a refundable £50 refundable deposit required per bike.
